ok, all u ppl who think Jeff Corwin is gay, UR GAY! How can u say a incredibly sexy guy be gay?! he is so funny and smart and cool. his show is worth watching cuz it's loads of fun and all my friends think he's cute too. Jeff only acts gay to be funny and he is FUNNY. but Steve Irwin, he is gay. i don't care if he's married and his wife's on camera with him, i think he's gay. and it's true, he is a poser. and the guy is so annoying, my friends think so too. did u know they're selling talking Steve Irwin toys...the HORROR!!!

Biology students? What grade?
I am sure that Irwin is well aware that he is interfering with their lives when he handles them. He has mentioned it on several occasions. The point is, he is educating people about wildlife. The idea of getting the point across to millions of people, particularly young kids, out-ways the horrifying reality of disturbing a snake for a few moments of camera time. He risks his life to RESCUE animals, and yes on occasion the rescue stressful to the animal. Surely, as students of biology, you are aware or have been involved in conservation or study programs that require the tagging of animal, or interfereing with their life to better understand and help their situation? It's common. His snake handling technique is not the most common, but probably no more or less stressful than holding a snake by the neck. Plus, it's a bit more showy, because indeed he is a bit of a poser. It's because that's what sells. He has some important information to sell, and if he must be a poser to do it, then so be it. He has been a big influence on many children and has shown them to be tough is not to be cruel, hard, and insensitive. Consider that much of what he does is directed towards kids, the future generation. If he is gay, which I doubt, then he would set another postive example.

STEVE IRWIN: uuhhgg!! I dont know how to xpress the way i feel when i see that STUPID show. I dont know if STEVE IRWIN is gay or not, all i know is that hes a POSER and that he PERTURBS animals when FORCING them to appear in his show. A lot of DUMB people thinks that hes amazing cause he does that, but what they dont realize is that animals are free in their enviroment until that dam POSER starts chasin them, grabbing them thinkin that hes not interfering with their behavior, etc. You people should start thinkin more about that... for example, there are lots of other GOOD shows that teach you more about nature and use people who know that grabbing animals that way is a BAD thing for them. STEVE IRWIN is dumb, poser and he thinks he is "the bomb" cause he forces animals to appear next to him... take a time to realize that what i say is true. We study biology and it makes us SICK whenever we see that guy.

i think it is offensive that you will allow terms like "fag" to be used when small minded people want to descriminate against gays.
but you would not allow "nigger" or "gook" or any NON-PC terms like that.

it is not fair to pander to african-americans and not to gay people.
i don't like seeing hateful terms describing gays.
what jeff corwin practices with respect to sexuality is NO ONE'S damm business.

I really love Jeff Corwin and his show, The Jeff Corwin Experience! His shows are filled with humer and information, and thats what I love about it! I think that Jeff is the best looking guy in the whole world! I think that people should stop saying that he is a fag and that hes gay and stuff like that because its not nice at all! Even if he was, thats his business. Anyway, I really love him and his show and I hope Animal Planet never stops airing it just like The Disney Channel stopped airing Going Wild With Jeff Corwin. (That was a great show also) I would be so interested in meeting Jeff because I could learn sooo much from him! I love Jeff Corwin!!

Hey! I love Jeff Corwin! He is such a great looking guy! I dont see how anyone could ever say anything bad about him. The Jeff Corwin Experience is the best show in the whole world and I would never pick another show to watch instead of it! ITs so educational and funny. We have both techtv and animal planet. Yes, Jeff Corwin is super yummy and his show is great, I also enjoy Animal Precinct and the one about vet school, I think it's called Vet School Confidential. You can tell they really stretch to come up with programming to fill time slots and re-use successfull ideas (cops and er) but sometimes late a night when nothing else is on its actually very enjoyable. I watch far too much tv, but at least it's educational.
